Man Shoots Attacker Armed with Meat Cleaver in Self Defense

On January 7, 2013 in Farmington, NM, Tyson Mclemee, 30, attacked William Wilson at his home with a meat cleaver during an altercation. Fearing for his life, Wilson shot him, ending the attack. Mclemee has recovered and is now facing multiple charges, to include aggravated assault and tampering with evidence. No one else was injured during the incident and Williams will not be charged since he acted in self defense.
