Robber Brings Knife to a Gun Fight and Loses; No Shots Fired

On January 22, 2013 around 8 pm in Huntsville, AL, a man walked into a Texaco Station with the intent to rob it. Mark Neeley, Jr., 31, pulled a knife on the cashier and began grabbing bottles of wine. The cashier decided to pull out his gun and point it at Neeley, who immediately fled the store empty-handed. Police were able to catch up to him and arrest him and he has been charged with first degree robbery.

No one was injured in the incident and no shots were fired.
