Late night on February 5, 2013 in Bridgeport, CT, multiple armed robbers entered a convenience store, but ended up encountering an armed employee, who shot back at the robbers when gunfire erupted. The employee was not hit and no customers were injured. After the employee shot back, the robbers fled empty-handed. Police are trying to determine whether one of the robbers was struck and tried tracking them with a K-9 unit.
