Homeowner with Gun Scares Away Intruder

On the morning of February 18, 2013 in San Antonio, TX, a homeowner was in his kitchen cooking breakfast when a man suddenly burst through his back door trying to hide from police. He had allegedly just robbed a CVS Pharmacy nearby. As the homeowner, startled, yelled for him to leave, the intruder hid in the homeowner's backyard. The homeowner grabbed his gun to chase him off his property and fired a warning shot into the ground, causing the intruder to quickly flee.
No one was injured by the gunfire. The intruder will face multiple charges.
