Around 10:45 am on February 22, 2013 in Houston, TX, two robbers walked into an antiques mall. The owner, 70 year old Harry Little, saw one of the men reaching into his pants for his gun, so he reached for his own. Before he could get to it, the robber had his gun out and pointed in Little's face and warned him, "Don't do that." Little waited for the gunman to be distracted for just a second and then made another attempt for his gun. He got it this time; as soon as the robbers saw it in his hand, they started taking off. Worrying that one might still turn around and shoot, Little fired off a shot and the robbers kept fleeing form the store. It does not appear that he wounded them.

No innocent bystanders were wounded by gunfire.
