Around 7 pm on February 22, 2013 in Indianapolis, IN, a pizza delivery man was making a delivery when he was approached by two males, who first took his pizza and then pointed a gun at him and demanded cash and his cell phone. He gave him money, but they still wanted his cell phone. Telling him that it was back in his car, the deliveryman went to his car, but instead of pulling out his cell phone, the pizza guy pulled out his own gun, shooting one of the robbers, later identified as 15 year old Jacob Robinson. As soon as he did, the other robber dropped the pizza and took off at a sprint.

No one else was injured by the gunfire. The cost of this crime: one criminal in critical condition, one who will have to have a hard time making the decision to ever rob someone else, a spoiled pizza, and a few hollow points.
