A little after midnight on December 10, 2012 in Springfield Township, OH, Lashawn Daniels, 19, entered a Sunoco Station carrying a handgun, forcing one of the employees behind the counter and demanding cash. Another employee came from the office area with a gun and exchanged gunfire with Daniels, who was killed in the incident. The two store clerks were unharmed and will not be charged.
