Description of Good Guy(s): | Smail Gueddari, store owner, who heard his wife scream from the front and went out to investigate. | ||||

Outcome: | Irvin fired two rounds at Gueddari, missing. Gueddari pulled his gun and shot two rounds at Irvin, striking him once. Irvin fled the store, but collapsed in the parking lot. He died at the hospital. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The store owner was not charged. | ||||
