Clerk Shoots Gas Station Robbers

On December 4, 2012 around 9:00 PM in Shelbyville, IN, two men attempted to rob the CountryMark Gas Station. Instead, the store clerk turned the tables, firing at the two would-be robbers, striking one of them. They immediately retreated; the wounded one, Christopher Meisberger, 30, was found lying in the parking lot and was taken to a local hospital. The other, David Hobbs, 23, was found about 45 minutes later hiding in bushes two blocks from the gas station.
