Man with Gun Defends Dog from Naked Strangler... No, really.

On January 2, 2012 around 5:00 AM in Miami, a man awoke to the incessant barking of his dog. The man grabbed his gun and went out back to investigate, but probably couldn't believe what he was seeing. A naked man, Jeffrey Delice, 20, was trying to choke his dog. The dog's owner ran over to separate the two, and that's when Delice attacked the dog owner, jumping on him and trying to bite and choke him. The man shot Delice in the leg and was able to subdue him until police arrived to take him into custody.

The dog owner faces no charges; Delice has been charged with burglary with assault, resisting arrest with violence (after trying to bite the police officers arresting him), lewd and lascivious behavior, and animal cruelty.
