Description of Good Guy(s): | Uunamed home renter, who was asleep, but awoke to the sound of glass breaking, grabbed his gun, and went to investigate. He discovered Rabe and ordered him to leave, but ended up in a scuffle with him before shooting him once in the chest | ||||

Outcome: | Rabe was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The occupant has not been charged with any crime | ||||
