Description of Good Guy(s): | Johnny Bridges, the woman's fiancee, who saw the whole thing from the window and grabbed his handgun, shooting at one of her attackers and hitting him. | ||||

Outcome: | The injured attacker was incapacitated; the other two fled. No one else was injured by the gunfire. Bridges was not charged with any crime. In fact, one city councilman has called him a hero and claimed that he "ought to get a medal." | ||||
