Description of Bad Guy(s): | Derrick Mosley, 22, armed with a knife and a baseball bat, walked into the Discount Gun Sales shop, smashed a display case, and grabbed one of the unloaded handguns inside | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Store Manager, who happened to be carrying a loaded handgun and pulled it out, pointing it at Mosley, holding him at gunpoint until police arrived. | ||||

Outcome: | Mosley was arrested for first degree robbery, first degree theft, unlawful possession of a firearm, and second degree criminal mischief. He had previous convictions for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. I wonder what Mosley needed a stolen gun for. No shots were fired and the manager was not charged with any crime | ||||
