Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed homeowner, 36, who opened his door to investigate while holding his handgun for protection and spotted Devine, who lunged at him while holding a knife, forcing him to open fire on Devine | ||||

Outcome: | Devine was shot several times and police found him on the porch when they arrived. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The homeowner has not been charged with any crime | ||||
