Description of Bad Guy(s): | Michael Larocque, Jr., 24, and another unidentified man kicked in the front door of an apartment and rushed the resident | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed resident, who had aleady called police, alarmed at the presence of the two men outside on his 2nd story porch at 3 in the morning. Also inside the apartment were his fiance and three year old daughter | ||||
Type of Gun Used: | Handgun | ||||
Outcome: | The resident opened fire on the intruders after the kicked his door in and rushed at him. He hit Larocque in the arm and abdomen and Larocque was pronounced dead at the scene. The second intruder fled on foot. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The resident has not been charged with any crime | ||||
