Description of Bad Guy(s): | One male burglar, 29, and a female burglar in her 20s, who had broken into a home and were rummaging through a bedroom closet | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed homeowner, who arrived home and caught the two burglars, pulled out his handguns, and ordered them to remain in place. However, the male burglar tried to step to the homeowner, forcing the homeowner to shoot him twice. Both burglars ran. | ||||

Outcome: | The male burglar took off on his car, but only made it a couple miles before calling 911 and requesting medical help. He was arrested at the hospital. Police searched for the second suspect. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The homeowner was not charged with any crime. | ||||
