Description of Bad Guy(s): | Jesse Perez, 35, Edward Anaya, 35, and Miguel Reyes, 35, waited until the homeowner left for work before backing their truck into his driveway and began stealing items from his back yard | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Homeowner with concealed carry permit who forgot something at home, did a U-turn and came back to find his house being burglarized. He withdrew his concealed handgun, fired a couple warning shots into the ground to get the burglars' attention, and then ordered them to lie down and wait for police | ||||

Outcome: | All three burglars complied and were arrested. The neighbors were very thankful. Other items from previous burglaries were found in their truck. No one was injured by the gunfire. The homeowner has not been charged with any crime | ||||
