Description of Bad Guy(s): | Devante L. Michael, 19, and Alexander C. Pinkston, 22, both armed, picked the wrong target and attempted to rob a concealed carry holder | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Chuck Blevins, 41, a legally permitted concealed carry holder, who was shot when Michael and Pinkston tried to rob him and he hesitated. Immediately after being shot, Blevins drew his legal gun from his shoulder holster and shot both of the robbers several times. | ||||

Outcome: | Both robbers were captured by police and were sentenced on April 25, 2013 to 20 years in prison for aggravated robbery and felonious assault. No one else was injured by any of the gunfire that day. | ||||
