Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed man who was awakened by the intrusion, grabbing his gun and pushing his girlfriend to the floor and telling her to stay down. He pulled the trigger three times while pointing the gun at the intruder, but the gun didn't fire. | ||||

Outcome: | Despite the malfunction, the robber was still spooked enough to yell, "He's got a gun," to his accomplice and run away, leaving behind the ax and duffel bag. No one was injured. The investigation continues | ||||
