Description of Good Guy(s): | Dale Ford, the owner of the tow truck business, which had just been burglarized at night the week before and had also had a briefcase full of car titles stolen from the property previously and was sleeping in his business to protect it. | ||||

Outcome: | Ford shot the burglar once in the arm and called 911, holding the burglar for police. Police but all the blame on the burglar, not the gun owner or his gun: "People are tired of getting their stuff stolen and they work hard. These suspects put themselves in this situation when they break into a house, business, or car." No one else was injured by the gunfire. Ford will not be charged. | ||||
