Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed, armed homeowner, who returned home and confronted a burglar inside his home. Fearing for his life, the homeowner shot at the intruder, which caused him to flee. | ||||

Outcome: | The burglar fled to his car and drove away, but crashed into a fence a short distance away and was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the chest. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The homeowner has not been charged with any crime. Police believe that Johnson may be linked to at least two other recent burglaries in the area. This armed citizen may have stopped a crime spree. | ||||
