Description of Good Guy(s): | Christopher Kelley, who heard the intruder come in and at first thought the intruder was there to see his roommate. But when he noticed that the intruder had a mask on, was carrying a pistol and started to raise it to point at him, he grabbed his own gun and fired five shots | ||||

Outcome: | Kelley hit the intruder three out of five times. Even then, the intruder tried to raise the pistol again and Kelley ordered him to drop it. The intruder dropped his gun and then left as fast as he could to his getaway car. Two other men inside drove him to the hospital, where he was arrested. No one else was injured by the gunfire. Kelley was not charged with any crime | ||||
