Outcome: | All four men fled. The man with the rifle was shot and ditched by his buddies a mile away. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The owner was not charged with any crime. It took the police about an hour and 15 minutes from the time the 911 call was placed until the time they arrived at the store. How exactly are we supposed to rely on the police to protect us instead of choosing to protect ourselves? | ||||
