Outcome: | The mother awoke to Rogers in her bedroom door and started screaming as she retrieved a shotgun from her closet, ran to her children's rooms to make sure they were ok, and then began firing at Rogers as he retreated from her house. No one was injured. Rogers was arrested and charged with home invasion and resisting arrest. | ||||
