Outcome: | Poindexter stabbed a 62 year old employee in the neck. After the employee fell, Poindexter jumped over the counter and stabbed him a second time before the employee was able to grab a handgun behind the counter, causing Poindexter to flee immediately. He was arrested for aggravated malicious wounding. The employee is alive. No shots were fired. | ||||
