Outcome: | Concealed Carry Permit Holder stopped his car and jumped out, pulling his gun and ordering the man to stop and get on the ground. The attacker started to make several attempts to lunge at the good samaritan, but the man kept his cool and distance as he called police to come arrest him. No shots were fired and a woman was saved. | ||||
