On September 30, 2012, Zach Rogers, in only his 3rd day on the job as an employee at the 21st Amendment Liquor Store in Indianapolis, IN, shot and killed a man who was attempting to rob the store.
No charges were filed after police reviewed the security camera footage.
Another homicide by firearm in the books, but many future burglaries avoided.
