Description of Bad Guy(s): | Jahquan Eubanks, 18, Eugene Fuller, 17, and two minor boys, aged 16 and 14. Eubanks approached a car parked outside a laundry mat and pulled out a gun, demanding cash from the woman in the car | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed 35 year old woman who was in her car waiting for her laundry to get finished. She reached into her glovebox and pulled out her own handgun, pointing it at him, causing him to flee | ||||

Outcome: | Eubanks ran back to the car where the other three were waiting and fired a shot back at the woman while they fled. Police caught up to them shortly thereafter and arrested all four. Eubanks was charged with attempted armed robbery, theft by receiving a stolen car, theft by receiving a stolen gun, possession of a firearm during a crime, aggravated assault, and obstruction of an officer. The others were charged similarly. No one was injured by the gunfire. | ||||
