Instead, they jumped into the car while the mom was by herself, pointed a gun at her, and demanded the phone, her money, and her car keys | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Armed son, who saw the robbery and came out to aid his mom. When the robbers brandished their guns, the son opened fire on them as they retreated | ||||

Outcome: | The three robbers were caught a short distance away, thanks to the son striking the robbers' getaway vehicle at least twice. No one was injured by the gunfire. The son has not been charged with any crime | ||||
