On January 3, 2013 around 5:30 am in Lubbock, TX, a homeowner caught two masked burglars trying to steal a TV from his backyard. The homeowner shot at them, causing them to quickly run away.
No one was injured by the bullets that the homeowner shot and he is not pending any charges at this time. Police are still looking for the burglars.
