Description of Good Guy(s): | Armed homeowner, who heard strange noises and went to investigate, seeing two dark figures near his AC unit. When Perry and her male accomplice noticed the homeowner, she advanced towards him. | ||||

Outcome: | The homeowner, not able to see who was approaching him, feared for his life and fired a single shot, striking Perry in her upper torso. She and her accomplice both fled, but she was caught a short distance away and arrested. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The homeowner was not charged with any crime | ||||
