Description of Bad Guy(s): | Unnamed armed robber who was sitting in a parked car waiting for a good victim to rob. When he found he, he exited the car and approached him, while brandishing his weapon. He chose the wrong victim. | ||||
Description of Good Guy(s): | Unnamed citizen with a concealed hand gun permit who identified that he was about to be the victim of armed robbery and shot the robber. | ||||

Outcome: | The robber was shot and transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The robbery victim has not been charged. The robber's hand gun was recovered at the scene. | ||||
