Description of Good Guy(s): | unidentified armed security guard, who shot into the vehicle at the driver when he determined that the man was trying to run him over and his life was in danger. He struck the man in the leg, causing him to stop the car. | ||||

Outcome: | The assault suspect was taken to a local hospital and is expected to surive and be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. No one else was injured by the gunfire. The security guard will not be charged. | ||||
